Rising three's 

If your child turns 3 between September the 1st and December the 31st then they can attend school nursery for 10 hours a week starting on January 6th 2025 (Spring term begins)

If your child turns 3 between January 1st and March 31st then they can attend school nursery for 10 hours a week starting on April 28th 2025 (Summer term begins)

At St Robert’s you have two options on how to use these hours.

You can choose to:  

•    Attend 5 morning sessions 8:55 – 11:30 or

•    Attend 2 full days 8:55 – 3:15

Please be aware that while your child attends part time, whichever option you choose, they are not eligible to attend breakfast club, wrap around care, school transport or purchase school lunches.

If you choose the 2 full days, the days are set for the term, with an option to change only at the end of each term. Your child will need to bring a packed lunch.

Full time Nursery places

The September after your child is 3 they can attend full time. School transport is available for pupils living in:

· Betws

· Coytrahen

· Llangeinor/Pontycymmer/Blaengarw

· Bryncethin/Brynmenyn

· Blackmill/Ogmore Vale/Nantymoel

We are an inclusive school open to all faiths and to those who wish to give their children an education rich in Catholic ethos.

Applications for your child to start in September will need to be submitted by the end of March of the same year.
